In 1997 Guido Lotti (with Studio4) won the national competition to realize the new waterfront promenade of Genova_Voltri, completed in 2008 (with Architettiriuniti, M.Zero).
In 2003 the office was awarded with “special mention” in the new Montecarlo harbour invited competition.
In 2003 the office was shortlisted by the Triennale di Milano for the “Gold Medal in Architecture” award with the realization of the “Genoa Lighthouse promenade” (A.Marenco team leader, Architettiriuniti).
In 2006 the office was shortlisted by the Triennale di Milano for the “Gold Medal in Architecture” award with the realization of the Genoa harbour “City boat station”.
In 2006 the office won ex-equo the international competition for the new waterfront promenade of Rapallo (Genoa) (with Ricci&Spaini, GAP, Land srl).
In 2006 the international architectural review “Casabella” published the “City boat station” on 2006 Annual of emerging young architects.
In 2006 the Genoa harbour “City boat station” was one of the seven Italian projects shortlisted to represent Italy in the “Mies Van Der Rohe Award 2007”.
In 2008 the office designed F1 Italian Circuit and P.S.T. Technological Park to Verona and Bio ethanol Plant of Rivalta Scrivia.
In 2008 Guido Lotti (with Studio4) won the international competition to realize the new bridge between the Port of Savona and the MAERSK multipurpose wharf.
In 2008 the office was the only Italian office of architecture among 197 participants to be selected to the final restricted phase (29 groups) of the competition for the extension of WTO-W. Rappard Centre of Geneva.
In 2009 the international architectural review “Casabella” published the “Genova_Voltri promenade” on 2009 Annual of emerging architects.
In 2010 Chemtex Italia commissioned Guido Lotti (with Studio4) the design of the first Italian Second Generation Bio ethanol Plant.
In 2010 the Regional Authorities of Veneto approved Motor City project.
In 2011 Guido Lotti (with Studio4) won the competition for the new public park “Parco di Ponente” in Genova_PrĂ .
